This team goes ABOVE and BEYOND!!!! I could not recommend a better team! As a first time home buyer, and now owner, it was very important to us (my fiance and I) to find a real estate agent and team that was responsive and willing to answer all of our questions, naive or not. I did a lot of research and Alexandra Cope, our real estate agent, had numerous fantastic reviews and her biography shared that she loves working with first time home buyers. I am a deaf individual and the whole team was extremely accessible and very friendly with my needs. We were able to text and/or email team members to ensure the correct paperwork was done, potential homes within our budget were shared, etc. Alex and the team also saved us a lot of time and effort when shopping around for the best mortgage loan rates as well. I also did my own research and nothing came close to the rate we got! Alex and the Susan Glenz Team have many fantastic connections that are local and nationwide and we could not have had a smoother transition into our new home! Even my parents, who have gone through the process of buying homes several times, shared they have never seen such an efficient team!Victoria Popov
