Amazing! We interviewed several Agents and Teams to sell our house, and The Susan Glenz Team stood out instantly. The benefit of using The Susan Glenz Team is that you get the support of her entire team, which runs like a well-oiled machine from the first interview all the way to closing.
Right from our first meeting, they came prepared with recent comps and data supporting their recommended listing price. They were very strategic on how to price the house in order to get the most interest, pointing out the risks of different approaches. They gave us simple things to do before we put it on the market in order to make it get top dollar.
Communication was excellent – which I believe is their strong suit. We were never left wondering what was going on. This is important, since selling a house is very stressful.
Also, The Susan Glenz team continues to keep in touch with their clients after closing by hosting fun activities throughout the year (some that even raise money for local charities like the animal shelter) – what other real estate team hosts regular events like that? None that I know of.
There are a lot of Agents that haven’t kept up with the times, as real estate has changed significantly over the years due to technology. The Susan Glenz team is the opposite – honest, modern, and delivers top quality service.
